I spent my second Fourth of July in Bayfield. Other than the shock factor of not knowing what to expect, it was just as great as last year. We had a wedding shower the night before and a couple of Kinsee’s friends came to town to hang out.
Below are some of the pictures. You can see more on flickr.

This was the "San Juan Swingers" square dancing group. The dancing was ok, but the best part was this guy singing, nothing pre-recorded here. (It was seriously awesome)

We got Psychedelic Mojo (Bayfield's most awesome band) to park their float in our driveway after the parade for an encore

I figured the Fourth of July was the one day a year Kinsee would let me get away with wearing my awesome Billy Goat tank-top (with the proprietor of the Billy Goat Saloon).

I love fair food. There wasn't a very good selection, and I didn't get nearly as many candid "people gnawing on turkey legs" shots as I would have liked

These kids decided to shoot us with squirt guns over the fence. We got the hose out. (We also did this to the float that has a hose and sprays the crowd in the parade. They didn't find it nearly as funny as we did)
